NEGOTIATIONS FOR TOUR. Per Press Association. CHRISTCHURCH, Oct. 31. The secretary of the New Zealand Hockey Association to-day received a cable messago from tlie Australian Hockey Association stating that mformation had been received from Bengal and the All-India Association which will necessitate reopening negotiations by the Now Zealand and Australian Associations for a visit of an Indian team to Australia and New Zealand next year. The Indian Association lias cabled that it is anxious to send a team in 1935. - The matter will be dealt with by a special meeting of the New Zealand Association as soon as a letter confirming the cable is received.
