The Privy Council lias dismissed Lord Strickland’s appeal from the Malta Appeal Court arising out of an action for damages' for moral injury against a Maltese newspaper’s publication in 1928 of an article alleging that he had “stupidly and unwarrantably” attacked the tenets or the Roman Catholic faith.
