AIRMEN IN PERSIA.
STATEMENT BY LEGATION
Received October 30. 12.40 p.m. LONDON, Oct. 29. Regarding the arrest of Wright and Polando, while engaged in the air race, the Persian Legation states that the fliers landed unexpectedly and unknown to the authorities. They were released after a brief inquiry.
