MAGISTRATE’S COURT.
YOUNG MAN CHARGED,
Appearing before Messrs A. JGeary and A. J. Kellow, J.P.’s, at a sitting of the Police Court this morning, John Barnard, aged 23, was charged with attempting to commit a certain offence at Feilding on October 27. For the police, Constable Johnston asked for a remand to November 8, this being granted and bail fixed at £IOO in accused’s own recognisance or two sureties of £SO each.
