A neck; a length,. Time, 1.7 3-4. Second Division.—Norman Conquest, 7.5 (Carter). 1; Questionnaire, 6.7, 2; Silver Line 7 1 3. . Eleven started, including Royal Amphora. A neck; a length and a h H ANDICAP.—CIangor, 6.7 (Murphy), 1; Wallace Muni, 8.2, 2; Firecello, 7.2, 3. Nine started. Four lengths, a length and a half . Lionheart was unplaced in the Kensington Stakes, and Prince Pombal unplaced in the Welter mile.
Norman Conquest is the four-year-old brown gelding bv Valkyrian— Lady Anomaly taken to Sydney by trainer W. Stone.
