APPROVAL OP REPORT.

(British Official "Wireless.) RUGBY, Oct. 25,

All branches of the herring industry were represented in a deputation to Sir Godfrey Collins (Secretary for Scotland) and- Mr W. E. Elliot (Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries) today. The views of representatives of the industry were invited upon the report of the Sea Fishing Commission, and general unanimity was expressed as to the need for drastic reorganisation of the industry on the lines recommended by the commission.
