SERIOUS FLOODS.

IN NEW SOUTH WALES. SYDNEY, Oct. 26. The flood position in the western and southern districts of New South Wales is still very serious. Bathurst, Parkes, and Dubbo report that miles of country are submerged. A dance party of 50 people has been marooned at a small village outside Dubbo since Wednesday night, and the members are unable to reach their homes. The Murrumbidgee River at Wagga is expected to overflow its banks at any minute, and inhabitants have evacuated homes within the danger zone. Farm (lands at Tumut are under water, and people are being rescued by boats.
