ST. PETER’S CHURCH.

MEN’S CLUB MEETING. At the fortnightly meeting of St. Peter’s Church Men’s Club this week, when Mr C. E. Brian presided, an interesting address on “Religion and Unemployment” was delivered by the vicar (Rev. D. J. Davies, B.Sc.). The speaker treated the subject in a manner that held the attention of all those privileged to hear him and at the conclusion of the address members took part in a discussion of the various aspects of the points dealt with. The gathering passed a hearty vote of thanks to the vicar for his able and instructive address. He will give a further address to the club members at their next meeting, on October 1, when his subject will be “Tolstoi.”
