TEACHING APPOINTMENTS.
WANGANUI BOARD’S DISTRICT. Teaching appointments were approved by the Wanganui Education Board at its monthly meeting yesterday as follow: —Taihape D.H., Mr J. C. Whibley, headmaster; Oroua Downs, Mr J. C. Hall, headmaster; Rangataua, Mr W. T. Slater, headmaster; Karioi, Mr C. C. Grant, headmaster; Greatford, Mr J. A. Elder, sole teacher; Kaitieke, Mr R. V. Towers, sole teacher; Waverley, Mr G. T. White, assistant; Maxwell, Miss F. M. Sloane, assistant; Tokorangi, Miss C. Rowland, assistant; Moawhango, Mr J. H. Elder, sole teacher; Waverley, Mr T. R. A. Marks, assistant. The following resignations have been ’ received: —Mrs P. E. Otto, sole teacher, Long Acre Valley; Miss P. Cleland, relieving staff; Miss E. M. Whisker, relieving staff.
