SHIPS DELAYED.

FOR SEAMEN’S MEETING. Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, Sept. 10. Declaring their intention of attending a stopwork meeting of the Seamen’s and Firemen’s Union to-mor-row morning, the crews of three coastal vessels refused to take them to sea today. The vessels affected are the Union Company’s Wingatui (for Auckland) and the Totara (for New Plymouth), and the. Anchor Company’s Rata (for Westport). It is anticipated that they will get away to-morrow.
