After a meeting of tho Water Supplies Emergency Conference in London it was announced that supplies are being well maintained considering the rain shortage which still exists despite heavy sporadic downpours during July . Very few urban districts aro experiencing difficulties, although the shortage causes serious inconvenience in many rural areas. Further heavy storms occurred in London and many other parts of tho country last night.
