KANGAROOS’ TOUR.
PROFIT OF £8609. The Australian Rugby League Board of Control has completed the allocation of the finances of the Kangaroos’ tour of England. Each player will receive £2OO. The board decided to pay £2OO to the relatives of Ray Morris, who died en route to England, in addition to paying the costs of bringing the body hack to Sydney and of the burial. The gross receipts of the tour were £IB,OOO, and the profits £8609. Each league, New South Wales and. Queensland, will receive £1445.
