LIGHT WINDS LIKELY. Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, April 20. The anti-cyclone which was approaching New Zealand yesterday is now centred east of the South Island, and has increased considerably in intensity. A depression covers the western Tasman Sea. . The forecast is for light to moderate south-easterly winds, shortly tending to northerly, and gradually freshening. The weather will be fair to fine and milder, with seas smooth to moderate.
