The weekly shoots of the Rifle Club were held on Wednesday and Saturday last week, Wednesday being a fine day with a bright light and a light northerly wind and Saturday being dull and cloudy with a gusty rear fish-tail wind. J. Searle, of the Wednesday squad, registered the best total off the rifle. N. McKenzie, one of the club’s youngest' members, headed the returns for the week, including a 31 off the rifle at the 200yds mound. The club’s aggregates were advanced a further stage and tfie handicap aggregate is being closely competed. Detailed scores are as follow: —N. McKenzie, 31 —23—14 —68; C.
