WAIATA.

(From Our Own Correspondent.) TVAIATA, April 16. There was a good attendance at the first of the monthly- euchre parties held at the TVaiata School, and organised by Miss Heneghan to assist the school funds. A most enjoyable time was spent and the ladies served an excellent supper. Mrs Redshaw and Miss Heneghan had to playoff for the ladies’ prize which was won by Miss Heneghan, Miss J. Redshaw securing the consolation prize. The men’s trophy was won by Mr TV. Turner.
