INSPIRING OF TERROR. (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) Received April 18, 2.20 p.m. BRISBANE, April 18. Guiseppe Buiti and. Guiseppe Parisi, who were found guilty in the Cairns Court of unlawfully wounding a compatriot named lacona, were sentenced to seven years’ imprisonment with hard labour. A similar sentence was imposed on Zucco Lorenzo, who was found guilty of attempted blackmail. Mr Justice Douglas said the evidence disclosed that a body of men in the Innisfail district were attempting to blackmail Italian residents. A series of outrages had been perpetrated in order to inspire terror in the community.
