HOSPITAL REPORTS

A report at mid-day on the condition of Marie Tottman, aged 13, of 114 Rangitikei Street, who is a patient at a private hospital with a fractured skull following a collision between a cycle she was riding and a motor cycle on Saturday evening, was to the effect that it was now fairly satisfactory. The girl is still described as being on the seriously ill list. Henry Cuthbert Stokes, who was brought to the Palmerston North Hospital on Friday with injuries received in a fall of earth in the Hiuiterville district, is now progressing well. An X-ray examination failed to show any serious injuries.
