POSTAL OFFICER.
VISIT TO AMERICA.
NEW YORK, April 15. Mr R. A. Parkliill Commonwealth Postmaster-General, has arrived from an official visit to London. He will spend a few days in New York and then proceed to Washington,, where he will probably confer unofficially with Post Office officials. From Washington he will go to Ottawa and then to Vancouver, sailing for Australia on April 25.
