WOMEN’S GOLF

CANTERBURY TOURNEY. Per Press Association. CHRISTCHURCH, April 6. The women’s golf tournament was continued to-day, when the weather was perfect and the course easy. The standard of pla.y was disappointing. In the championship match play the following were the results of the semifinals: Miss Fleming beat Miss Johnston, 2 and 1; Miss White Parsons beat Miss Loughnan, 6 and 5. The final will be played to-morrow morning.
