REFEREES’ STRIKE.
HINTS IN OTAGO. Per Press Association. DUNEDIN, March 13. There are hints of a strike being made by Rubgy referees if a notice of motion to come before the annual meeting of the Otago Rugby Union is carried. The motion is to give the right to the union to take the placings of referees for Saturday matches out of the hands of the Referees’ Association.
