SCRIP CERTIFICATES.
GOLD-MINING COMPANIES. Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, Dec. 1. The Wellington Stock Exchange carried a resolution strongly protesting against the unnecessary delay by certain gold-mining companies, two of which were named, in issuing scrip certificates to shareholders; also that the committee of the Stock Exchange which had listed these companies be asked to remove them from the official list of quotations unless scrip certificates as prescribed by the listing regulations were issued at once.
