NOVEMBER RAINFALL
A DRY MONTH. TEMPERATURES SLIGHTLY COLDER. A total rainfall of only 2.07 inches and an average temperature slightly colder than that of November, 1932, characterised the weather during the past month. Records compiled by Mr T. It. Moore, “Waimarama,” Terrace End, show that rain fell in measurable quantities on 13 days in November, 1933, for 2.07 inches, and in November, 1932, there were 13 days on which rain fell for 2.79 inches. •The average temperature for the past month was 56 29-30 deg. In November, 1932, it was 57 2-3 degrees. Details of the rainfall in the past month are:—
