MEETING AT SPORTSGIIOUND. The Counties Cash Cycling Club presented a programme of three events at the Sportsground, last pvening, when some interesting racing was seen, although the easterly wind did not assist towards fast time. Jamieson (scr), 1; T. Hannon (40yds); 2; J. Mcßrearty (90yds), 3. AMATEUR CYCLING. HANDICAPS DECLARED. The handicaps have been declared for the Manawatu Cycling Club’s meeting at the Sportsground on Monday evening. The following are the handicaps, those for the lap race being given 1 first and those for the mile race second:—Lawrence ‘syds, 15yds; Gardner 15, 40; Astin 20, 60; I. McKenzie 25; 90; R. Walker, R.
