THE RULING RATES. Received December 1, 10.55 a.m. MELBOURNE, Dec. 1. Ruling prices on the Melbourne produce market are as follow :
Wheat. 2s 8d per bushel; flour, £7 10s per ton; bran, £4 10s per ton; pollard, £5 per ton; oats, 2s 4d per bushel; barley (English), 3s per bushel; maize, 4s to 4s 3d per bushel; onions (Spanish) are. easier at £l, Globes and Silverskins selling at £3 5s to £3 10s.
