CURRENCY DEPRECIATION.
CANADIAN OFFSET POLICY. OTTAWA, Nov. 29. An order issued by the Department of National Revenue to-day states that Canada would not impose a dumping duty to offset the depreciated currencies of foreign countries unless the foreign currency was at a discount of more than 5 per cent, in relation to the Canadian dollar.
