NAZI JUSTICE.
DRIVE ON COMMUNISTS. , . OPINIONS OF METHODS. Received December 1, 11.25 a.m. BERLIN .Nov. 30. •i “Heads are rolling,” yelled the newsboys who were rapidly selling newspapers describing the beheading of six young Communists by a tophatted and frock-coated executioner for the shooting of two Nazis. The mass execution is widely discussed, many approving of General Goering’s refusal of a reprieve for “subhumans” guilty of the murder of Brown Shirts. Others doubt the wis-dom-and fear that the Nazi ruthlessness will decree for a similar fate the ten Communists who were sentenced to death for the murder of a Nazi at Desau for which three have already been beheaded, although the Judge pointed out that eight were convicted who were not involved in the actual shooting. The Hamburg Court, trying 23 Communists for slightly wounding a Nazi, imposed sentences from 15 to 9 years on seven and the remainder to smaller terms. ARREST OF BAVARIAN PRIESTS. FORMER DEPUTY INCLUDED. Received December 1. 1.40 p.m. BERLIN, Nov. 30. ' Several Bavarian Catholic priests, including the former Reichstag Deputy, Father Muehlens, have been arrested on a charge of circulating false statements concerning the Bachau concentration camp.
