FAMOUS ACTOR.
EDWARD SOTHEIIN. PASSES. Received October 30, 12.25 p.m. NEW YORK, Oct. 29. The death has occurred of Edward Hugh Sotliern, the famous American Shakespearean actor of a generation ago, due to pneumonia. His wife, Julia Marlowe, who was his co-player, was at his bedside. Roth returned from England three weeks ago when the actor became ill.
