FALL FROM BRIDGE.

MT. EDEN NATALITY. Per Press Association. AUCKLAND, Sept. 26. It is learned that Mr Allan John Ross, a retired farmer, who was found by the railway line at Mt. Eden, fell from an overhead bridge. Mr Ross, who was single, was sitting on the bridge rail when he lost his balance, falling heavily to the lawn near the railway line below. At the inquest Sylvia Bradcock, aged 11, said she was standing outside her home and saw a man sitting on the rail of the bridge facing the road. He was rolling a cigarette when' his hat was blown backward. The man turned round in an attempt to catch the hat, and overbalanced, falling off the rail to the section below. The inquest was adjourned.
