WANGANELLA’S MISHAP.

SQUALL IN PORT JACKSON. SYDNEY, Sept. 24. The Wanganella’s departure for ’Wellington has been further postponed till mid-day on Tuesday. It transpires that the ship was going across the harbour to fuel at one of the big oil tanks, and was attended by two tugs as she was not under steam. A heavy squall struck the Wanganella and her rudder touched the ground. When she was docked, the damage was found to be much more than had been suspected. The Wanganella will probably not come out of dock before to-morrow night.
