INVERCARGILL SUPREME COURT Per Press Association. INVERCARGILL, May 8. The Supreme Court opened before Mr Justice Kennedy, who congratulated the district on the fact that there was only one criminal case, a charge of bookmaking at a small country race meeting. This charge was laid against Frederick Joseph Bogue, who was found not guilty.
