The total number of benzol testing outfits sent out since the inoeption is 161. This number of flocks represents a very large number of sheep and one cannot help feeling that in the couase of time this test is bound to work a tremendous amount of good. At the request of the New Zealand Institute of Horticulture an exhibit demonstrating some of our results of flax research work was staged at the National Flower Show held in Wellington. Professor Peren also reported on farm work at the college, the report being received. The manager of the poultry section reported on general matters, his report being received.
