New York City Board of Estimate has adopted for the 1933 Budget neiv schedules of pay for city employees which are expected to reduce the city v s annual pay roll by 18,000,000 dollars. The schedules include provision for k general reduction of 6 per cent, and special .reductions in higher categories up to a maximum of 33.9 per cent.
