LONDON, Dec. 15. Addressing the Glasgow Chamber of Commerce, Mr S. M. Bruce, the Australian Resident Minister, added that Australia would quite possibly attempt during this period of cheap money to convert some of the higher priced securities. Ho hoped that every British investor who was offered a lower rate of interest would accept it
