SUPPLEMENTARY ESTIMATES. MONEY FOR UNEMPLOYED. Received December 16, 1.10 a.m. LONDON, Dec. 15. Supplementary estimates introduced in the House of Commons provide for allocations totalling £21,420,955, of which the Ministry of Labour requires £18,010,000 owing to tho large volume of unemployment. The sum of £3,410,955 is required for Irish Free State services in which there is a deficiency of £2,288,000 in the income and land purchase 'account.
