CAPTAIN BERTRAM’S PLANS. Received December 8, 11.5 a.in. SYDNEY, Dec. 7. Captain Hans Bertram, flying a Junker ’plane, hops from Point Coon for Darwin, the first stage of his flight to London, on Friday, accompanied by Mr G. Allen, co-pilot. He expects to reach London on the seventh day. His ’plane has a range of IGOO miles. MRS MOLLISON’S TRIP. Received December 8. 9.30 a.in. CAPETOWN, Dec. 7. Mrs J. A. Mollison has definitely arranged, to leave at seven o’clock on Sunday morning, making halts at Mossamedes, Duala, Gao and Oran. It was at one time intended that Mr Mollison and his wife would attempt a dual record from Capetown to England, flying separate machines, but afterwards it was decided that Mrs Mollison alone should make an attempt on the record.
