END OF SESSION RUSH.

(By Telegraph.—Special to Standard.) WELLINGTON, Dec. 8. The usual end of session rush which set in yesterday with Parliament’s determination to complete the legislative programme in time to take the adjournment to-night was continued to-day. At yesterday’s sitting three Bills—the New Zealand Loans, Property Law Amendment and Lands (“Washing Up”) Bills—were put through all stages and the Supplementary' Estimates passed before the House rose at 1 a.m. Resuming 10.30 a.m. to-day the House proceeded to local Bills and to the passage of the Finance Bill and the Local Legislation (“Washing Up”) Bill. The Central Reserve Bank Bill was introduced.
