BIG CATALOGUE ENTERED.
WELLINGTON WOOL SALE. There is reported to be a large quantity of Manawatu wool catalogued for the Wellington sale, which opens on Saturday, including a big percentage of greasy crossbred. It is understood that the limit of 30,000 bales of wool fixed for offer at the sale has been filled, and that a considerable proportion of the clip held in brokers’ stores will come forward.’ Prices are not expected to show any improvement over those of the Napier sale, at the close of which values were irregular.
