GREAT FIRE RAGING.
ENORMOUS DAMAGE IN TOWNSVILLE. Received November 25, 10.5 a.m. BRISBANE, Nov. 25. Damage amounting to about £IOO,000 was done by the worst fire in the history of Townsville late last night. A block at the comer of Flinders and Stokes Streets was destroyed. The flames were still unchecked early this morning when six stores and shops had been burnt to the ground.
