MEDALS GIVEN UP. “Old Bill,” who in private life is Mr William Busby, and whom the artist, Mr Bruce Bairnsfather, used as his model after the war owing to his resemblance to his war-time creation, laid his five medals on the South African war memorial at Leicester recently.
