SINO-JAPANESE PROBLEM.
CHINESE DELEGATE’S ASSERTION Received November 23, 1.50 p.m. GENEVA, Nov. 22. Dr Wellington Koo has circulated allegations that the Japanese in Manchukuo have aerially bombed Yaokulak, ruthlessly murdering the villagers, and have also adopted conscription with a view to exterminating the Chinese volunteers opposing the Government and sent an agent to force the Chinese organisations to sign affidavits in favour of the “puppet Government.”
