SYDNEY, Aug. 28,

The Supreme Court on Wednesday will hear an action in which Captain de Groot claims £SOOO from Mark Gosling, former Chief Secretary, and Police Commissioner Childs and Superintendent Mackay. The claim arises out of the incident at the opening of tho Sydney Bridge when Captain de Groot cut the ribbon and his subsequent allegedly wrongful arrest and imprisonment.
