LATE MISS C. FRASER.

“To the older parishioners of All Saints’ the deatli of Miss Caroline Frances Fraser was recoived with the deepest regret,” states the All baints’ Parish Magazine. “After a somewhat painful illness she passed away on August 17, and was laid to rest on Friday, August 19. Her name, with those of her sisters, was closely connected with Craven bcliool, and all that it has meant to Palmerston North. The service in All Saints’ was simple and impressive, and was attended by those who loved and respected her. As tlio cortege left the church tho organ played' tho beautiful Easter hymns with men- note of triumphal gladness, and it was felt that tins friend had been called to higher service.”
