RUGBY FOOTBALL.
GAMES IN THE MANAWATU. On Saturday next the first games in tho round for tho Goldfinch and Cousins Rugby Cup will bo played, and tho programmo is a very attractive ono which should provide patrons with a very interesting afternoon’s football. The first game will be on the Oval at 1.50.. between the Old Boys and Massey College fifteens. As everyone knows both teams play fast and open football and this game promises to be fall of bright football. The second game to bo played on the oval will bo Kia Toa and United and tho kick-off will be at 3 p.m. Tho meeting of these two will provide tho public with all the excitement they wish for. Another game which will draw a big crowd will be tho second meeting of Bunnythorpo and Si. Patrick’s on No. 4 ground at 3 p.m.
