CYCLING HANDICAPS.

Tho ' Palmerston North Professional Cycling and Athletic Club will hold its fortnightly road raco on Saturday. Tho starting point will be from tho Municipal Buildings to West Street, Foxton Line, Botanical Road, Gillespie’s Line to Kairanga Road, and along Karoro Road to Foxton Line, thonco back to tho starting pint, a distance of about 17 miles. The raco will commence at 2 p.m. sharp. The following handicaps have been declared by Mr P. Griffin (any other ridors will be handicapped on tho mark): —C. Jennings, A. Gandcrton lmin, W. Collins, T. Richards 3, W. Smith, A. Joffrios 5, J. Christenson 6, A.- Jones, T. Bruco 9.
