TOO MUCH TOURING.
S.I. RUGBY UNIONS ON WARPATH. CHRISTCHURCH, April 6. Commenting on the Otago Rugby Union’s protest concerning too many, tours to Australia, Mr S. F. Wilson, a former president of tho New Zealand Rugby Union, said the Canterbury Rugby Union is definitely of the same opinion as Otago on this point. There is too much touring and has been for years. This interferes not only with club football, but with representative games.
