INVESTIGATION OF SYSTEM. (British Official Wireless.) /Received February 24, 11.5 a.m. RUGBY, Feb. 23. The Postmaster-General, Sir Kingsley Wood, has appointed a committee, consisting of Lord Bridgeman (chairman), Lord Plonder and Sir John Cadman, to inquire and report as to whether any changes in tlie constitution, status or system of organisation of the Post Office would be in the pub-, lie interest.
