SUPREME COURT.
Per Press Association. HAMILTON, Feb. 23. A middle-aged man, John Box, was admitted to probation for one year by Mr Justice Smith in the Supreme Court at Hamilton to-day for breaking and entering and theft at Ohura on January 23. 1 Prisoner pleaded guilty to breaking and entering a shop and. stealing 31 bottles of beer valued at £2 6s 6d.
