KUBELIK DISSATISFIED.
HANDS INSURED FOR £24,000. The violinist, Kubelik, who arrived at Marseilles after a concert tour in Argentina recently, announced that he had cancelled an insurance policy on the ground that it was insufficient. He had insured his hands for £24,000, but had concluded that such a sum would be totally inadequate to compensate him for the loss of even one of his fingers. He was therefor having his hands insured for a much larger sum.,
