MELBOURNE CEREMONY. MELBOURNE, Aug. 17. Miss Dorothy Brunton, the musical play actress, was quietly married to a city business man, Mr Ben Dawson. Bom in Melbourne, Miss Brunton has appeared in many stage productions. As a child she played with tho famous Bland Holt Company, and in later years went into musical comedy, playing in such pieces as “High Jinks,” A waltz Dream,” , “Autumn Manoeuvres, Tho Count of Luxembourg,” “So Long Letty, * “Baby Bunting,“Tho Rise of Rosie O’Reilly.” She has appeared m London with success, especially during tho war days, and recently she returned to the Australian stage in ‘‘Dearest Enemy, and outstanding revivals of “The Duchess of Dantzic” and “The Merry Widow.”
