CARD-PLAYING DENOUNCED. BUCHAREST, Aug. 13. The Minister of Justice, M. Junian, is circularising judges throughout tlYs country denouncing card-playing as “a degrading practice.” Ho has forbidden magistrates to play, and has ordered them to resign from card clubs. Disobedience of the order means tho loss of fifteen days’ salary and renders them liable to dismissal.
